Hilton Misso who with father Trilby Misso (who founded the general law firm in 1956) joined his father in that firm in 1964 to become Managing Partner in 1973 and then founded as Managing Partner the once iconic law firm Trilby Misso Lawyers who pioneered the original "No Win, No Pay" personal injury law firm that was later sold in 2010. The firm achieved the following landmarks:

• Winner of the Australian Business Awards for Service Excellence in 2010.
• Winner 2009 Telstra Queensland Medium Business of the year award, the first law firm to win the award across Australia.
• Acknowledged by Hewitt Assoc in 2009 as one of the 6 'best employers' in Australia, the first law firm to win this  award.

Hilton Misso retained his practicing certificate after the sale and has since 2010 continued in practice serving his own group legal needs.

He sees the opportunity to serve as a lawyer in a different capacity so as to again somehow provide a new and unique service like was originally done with his former firm Trilby Misso Lawyers.

He has aligned with Stewart Burr & Mayr to serve our local needs in the Moreton Bay Region. This firm is very similar to the firm his father originally founded as the General Practice which practiced initially & predominantly in conveyancing & commercial legal services.

We seek to serve both clients and lawyers in finding the best solutions in this age of disruption because of technology and new highly creative thinking and innovation in the market place to find the best ways for professional services to better serve client need in the most convenient and cost effective without compromising desired outcomes.
